Results for April 2023:

84.62% of patients scored the practice as Very Good or Good.

There were many very complimentary comments about the service, the surgery and/or individual staff members had provided.

All comments, good or bad are read and considered and discussed at partners meetings to establish whether there are common threads that can be improved upon. 

Comment this month was made on being advised all the consultations had gone. Unfortunately, there is a finite quantity of work that can be completed. if you go in a shop to buy bananas and there are 20 available, the 21st banana required, will be disappointed and have to wait for a new delivery. If you substitute bananas with consultations, you will see there is no difference. We can't supply that which we don't have, there is a capacity limit.
