The results of May 2023 are 91.89% of patients scored the practice as Very Good or Good.

There were lots of complimentary comments about staff/the surgery.

Adverse comment was made about not being able to obtain a face to face consultation and asking when the practice will return to "normal" post pandemic. The simple answer here, is that as the surgery has stated on the website for many months - the current way of working is the new "normal". We are required to triage every request for assistance and see face to face, those patients where it is clinically necessary. So this system is here to stay, it is what we are required to do under the guidelines issued to us. We have employed additional staff in the call handling team to reduce as far as possible the wait time on the phone to try as far as we can to ease the path for patients. We will continue to review the process as new guidance comes through to us.
