Computer issues Posted or Updated on 9 Apr 2025

Not a good start to Wednesday - the whole of the clinical computer system across our practice and many others - was inoperable. Whilst there is a back up system available - the information available is extremely limited, making normal operation impossible.

Staff did their best to continue working, the system was restored fully mid morning.

If you were affected, please accept our sincere apologies - this was a matter entirely outside of our control. Normal service has been resumed....
