Power Cut 13th May 2024 Posted or Updated on 14 May 2024

The practice would like to offer its apologies, for service disruption at Istead Rise Surgery on the afternoon of 13th May 2024. This was due to an area wide power cut, at around 4pm which affected all services at the surgery, including the centralised phone centre. business continuity plans came into effect and phone lines were diverted to other sites, but inevitably, service was affected. Power was restored at 0130 on 14th May, systems have been fully reinstated as quickly as possible.
