All appointment are triaged via eConsult, so please complete the form via the link above and only telephone the surgery if you do not have access to the internet. Patients may be responded to via text, telephone, video call or where clinically necessary, be offered a face to face appointment.

Reception Hours: 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
Surgery Times - Shorne
Reception hours 8.30am to 12.00pm and 3.30pm to 6.30pm, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. 8.30am to 12.00pm Wednesday and Friday.
The telephone is always answered centrally at Istead Rise.

Reception hours: 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
Out Of Hours
Our telephones are manned from 8.30am to 6.30pm. Please follow the advice given on the telephone system if your usual surgery is closed. In cases of dire emergency, telephone 999.
For evening and weekend emergencies, telephone NHS 111 by dialing 111. But remember; ring 999 in cases of dire emergency.
